In this module we make use of a Case Study to guide you through the Systems Thinking Approach to Introducing Kanban(STATIK).  You will be able to explain the purpose and benefits of STATIK and also use the six stages to design a Kanban System. You will learn to recognize patterns and how to use them when designing the initial Kanban System.

Module 4: Design a Kanban System

We will expand on Module 3 and use a narrative from one or two participants to design a Kanban system that they can go and use immediately. Multiple patterns on board and ticket  designs will be discussed that could be used in the initial design. There are numerous real life examples of Kanban boards and systems from other organizations
