TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply:

Fees and Payment

You must pay the fee as it appears on the registration unless we have agreed a different amount in Writing. An Invoice will be supplied after registration. You have to pay the full amount at least 2 weeks prior to the event, training or workshop.

Cancellation

Your registration is binding. If you cancel an event, training or workshop it can be done 2 weeks before the event without any penalties. If this is done within 2 weeks before the event, training or the workshop, you will be charged the full amount.

Substitutions

You are welcome to send someone else in your place if for whatever reason you cannot attend.

Rescheduling

Should there be a cancellation or change of date for whatever reason, including insufficient registrations, any fees you have paid will be refunded or arrangements can be made to transfer the fees to another date.
